1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fil77," "we," "us," "our" refers to the fil77 online gaming platform and its operators.
• "Platform" refers to the fil77 website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at fil77.net.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a fil77 account.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to crash games, table games, slots, and sports-themed games.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player using actual currency (Philippine Peso / ₱).
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The fil77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. By registering on fil77, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. fil77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts belonging to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and any funds held pending review.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

fil77 is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the fil77 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. fil77 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register on fil77, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You must not impersonate any other person or use false information during registration. fil77 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on fil77. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery function or contact support.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fil77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fil77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information associated with your fil77 account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your contact number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account promptly. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension.

3.3 KYC Verification

fil77 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.4 Account Currency

All fil77 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are all processed in PHP. fil77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

fil77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. fil77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. fil77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. fil77 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fulfilled.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed on the Platform.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. fil77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period, as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any fees are applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

fil77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free play credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fil77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to fulfill wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. fil77's determination of bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Modification of Promotions

fil77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, fil77 will honor wagering requirements already in progress on a pro-rata basis where reasonably practicable. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via email or Platform notification.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

fil77 offers a curated selection of games including crash games (Monster Crash), table games (European Roulette, Double Exposure Blackjack), sports-themed games (Cricket, American Football), and other titles (Dino Hunter, Fortune Gems 2). Game availability may vary and fil77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Game Integrity

All games on fil77 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or provably fair algorithms, as applicable to each game type. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or Platform intervention. fil77 does not manipulate game results. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game on fil77 has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. fil77 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing wagers.

6.4 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with fil77 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round. fil77 will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which are the definitive record of all game outcomes. fil77's decision following investigation is final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fil77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one fil77 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, signals, or game state information.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Money Laundering: Using the fil77 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. fil77 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. fil77 will pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward fil77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Our Commitment

We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. fil77 provides a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

8.2 Player Controls

8.3 Age Verification

fil77 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Age verification is conducted during registration and may be repeated at any time. If fil77 has reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any funds held will be returned to the payment source after investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the fil77 Platform — including but not limited to the fil77 name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of fil77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the fil77 Platform without prior written consent from fil77.

Any unauthorized use of fil77's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

fil77 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond fil77's control. fil77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or interruptions.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fil77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

10.3 Maximum Liability

fil77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and that you participate in games on fil77 at your own risk. fil77 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from gaming activity. You are solely responsible for your gaming decisions and the financial consequences thereof.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your fil77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable fees and forfeiture of unwagered bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by fil77

fil77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• fil77 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to fil77.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account by fil77 for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and returned if no wrongdoing is established. fil77 will notify you of the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and fil77, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. fil77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

13 Amendments to These Terms

fil77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the fil77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
